More over, kid has their own project: playing on different staff. But we adults usually seperate play with work or job. Working are defined as boring hard. Bur really though, is it? I think it is a mindset, if you take the onwership of work, you wouldn't think this way. 

Developing one's own project is hard, and working in your own project as job and make a fortune in it is even harder. Successful people are really blessed.
